If not a Nurse I could be,
1. a Doctor. Admit it! every kid came to this point! we always wanted to be a doctor and the main reason is this.. “I wanna help poor people who can’t afford the high rate of medical expenses!”.
If God permits, I wanna pursue medicine after Nursing. I want to be an Ob-gynecologist!!
2. an Architect. I’ve always dreamed of being one, especially during my high school days. I must say, I have a little drawing skills which I used whenever I join poster making competitions. I remember, my greatest achievement as a frustrated architect was winning the 2nd highest prize among all the other contestants few weeks before I graduated high school!
Even took up Drafting for our TLE. I learned a lot from that subject.
3. a Musician. maybe? okay! UP college of Music was a dream school for me! But I didn’t passed UPCAT obviously.
Since childhood I sing whenever Mom and her siblings drink. I had a lot of Blue bayous, My Ways and Green-green grass of homes! It was the 90’s.
Grade 5 I started strumming a guitar, grade 6 when I asked my friends to join a dance contest which we didn’t knew it was for big ones! damn. It was humiliating but we can’t do nothing but to deal with it! 2nd year high school I learned piano. 3rd year I joined the school chorale team, joined a lot of jingle contests. 1st year college when I was inside a karaoke booth almost everyday! My transfer to my current school enhanced me too! I joined cheer-dancing twice!
4. a Dressmaker. My mom owns an old fashion sewing machine. And whenever I saw something not in use that I think I could materialize, I easily chose the right thread and start working.
5. if not a dressmaker, I could be a fashion designer. I don’t know. I can’t defend why. I just want to design and model my own clothes. Also, fashion designer web contains a lot of ideas which I like!
6. a Food Tester. I swear I eat a lot! My appetite doesn’t go down. The good side? I stay slim but the bad side, my tummy bursts. with a vital stats of 32, 28, 34 which is really disgusting, you might wonder if where the hell I store everything I eat! Nevertheless, I’m enjoying it!
7. a Web Designer. maybe I can use my “hidden art skills” here! lulz. I mean, I’ve been trying to skin my own site for 2 years. I can’t code everything, but I am eager to learn.
-these are just maybe’s I’m happy with Nursing right now, though It wasn’t my first choice! I already made a confession about that here.

I’ve had a lot of dreams when I was a kid. Lahat ng nabanggit mo eh included sa dreams ko noon, but now, I’m thinking of being a Hotel and Restaurant Manager, or a Flight Attendant, or a Fashion Designer, or if ever na swertehin ako, I’d like to be a singer, actress, and model. Oh, bonggacious! Haha! Well, ‘di naman masamang mangarap, right? Just keep on dreaming. XOXO

journalist, flight attendant, Teacher, veterinarian. wahaha! now, I end up taking BS Comp Engineering. haha
aku naman nurse dati, vet, architect (feeling aku nung hayskool eh! haha) then aun. technology ang binagsakan!

really?? from what I know you dont need to pass the UPCAT for you to be able to go to the UP College of Music..? Im not sure..

I have a lot of dreams today, since i am only 13, i think those dreams would be senseless after years, haha. I know my dreams wouldn’t go far, and , i can’t make a single dream far. LOL.
But I’m planning to be a psychologist someday? LOL.
i wanted to be a teacher when i was kindergarten. siguro dahil sa peer pressure kasi sila puro teacher sinabi nung graduation! hahaha =)) but i really wanted to be an architect kagaya mo sis! because sa droweng droweng.. haha but when i met geom i stopped dreaming. i heard it required a lot of math and since math hates me.. HAHAHAA. afterwards, i dreamt of being a musician too, ung may banda ba. haha but my parents wont permit me. kasi babae daw ako blahblah (kj ung mga un eh) i envy u kasi kahit papano napursue mo. haha. i also wanted to make dresses, kaso wala kaming sewing machine!
and then i got addicted to computer sometime hs too, eto na ung puro design design, until i wanted to be a web designer n_n ayun pinapraktis ko ngaun, altho i want to be a programmer. kaso di kaya ng head ko ang puro math talaga
haha. astig ka sis!!!:3 oh, i’ve thought of being a cook too. di ako marunong magluto nga lang.HAHA
Nice post dear! Aku late ko na nagustuhan maging doctor, because of Dr. House in House M.D. but I don’t think I’m cut out for being a doctor talga. hehe I wanted to be an archaeologist talaga when I was 8.
a very nice topic to share! :thumbsup: as for me, i wanted to be a nurse just like my ate, way back in elementary. some of my teachers then encouraged me to pursue this dream… and science is my favorite subject!
but when i went to high school, i lost my interest in science but found my passion in doing “the math.” i dunno what happened but before i knew it, i was craving for numbers. :hahaha:
right now, i’m taking up engineering and i must say that i’m having the time of life, enjoying what i love the most. :blessed:
i’m impressed with the dreams you have. well i guess every one of us have the other part of their personal and not just based from their status. and yes, i’ve read that article on how you ended up in nursing. ^_^
Maybe if I wasn’t taking up nursing I would prolly be in the IT courses.
But then I am happy where I am. Dreams? Top the board exam. Meet Dingdong Dantes. lol
for me i don’t have any plans yet.. too young? hehe.

nice ha, seems that you have many talents. You have many dreams din. That is a nice interpretation about you hehe. Me, I wish to be an Architect and an Engineer when I was in elem but I realized, it was not meant to me haha because i am poor in math eeh. haha. You know how to sing? sample naman haha, saka I can imagine you being a dressmaker. Tapos sisikat ka oohhh.:D

Wow, you have alot of ambition!! I still don’t know what to do……two degrees and still no idea!! I must say though a musician or a marine biologist would be on my list!
God I am always thinking about what I can be! ha.
I suggest you don’t go for web designer or musician, because there are too many other people competing for jobs in those areas, ya know?
However, if they are things you like to do you should never give them up, just don’t try to live off of them.
Just my thoughts.

if i were not a marketing management major i would be:
a. events coordinator/planner- idk.. i just love parties and planning parties and keeping it organized and more..
b. script writer- i love writing scripts for friends and do whatever that has something to do with writing.. haha
c. makeup artist- i love makeup and i do love applying makeup on other people.. lol
I think thats all.. lol
I like being an architect too and web designer!
If I were not an education student, probably I’d become:
1. Interior designer - though it’s a cliche that I have a messy room. Haha!
2. Photographer - 1 click can do the magic!
3. Magazine writer - dream ko talaga yan.
I want to be a web designer but I’m too impatient with other codes unless I’m taking classes.
Ako din gusto ko din mag doctor kaso naman mukhang mabigat sa bulsa ang tuition! Hehehe.. Food Tester? pano po yun? parang maganda yun ahh! =D
