Last week Carla and I talked about going to the beach 2 days after that same day. Everything was all set until the day we were about to go to resort, Carla’s mom didn’t allow her because it was an open sea! It was crazy at first but of course we had to obey the mom. After all the dramas that Thursday morning! Finally we decided to pursue it, even without the original “beach planner” Carla. LOL!!
We had to go to the market first to buy food and booze, arrived at the resort 4 pm and hurriedly went to our reserved room, starting sorting our stuffs and cooked our food!
Food and everything else on our super small table. We had to go downstairs just to have our fish and rice cooked. This is what you call simple living. LOL!
I was actually crazy about making our own food because I don’t know how to make fire through charcoal, but the boys made it easier for me!!
After dinner, Let and Ton arrived from Quezon, City. We headed to the beach. Yes, we decided to swim under the moon, placed a small linen on the sand and started drinking, and sharing confessions. It was the best!!
Slept around 3 in the morning! The plan was, we’ll get up before the sun rises but we ended up waking up at 10am. So we had no time but to eat and enjoy all the other views on the vicinity. The sun was really hot I must say, summer really started!
Visit FAJARDO’S BEACH RESORT too! Budget friendly, the amenities I must say were better than what I’ve expected! Imagine we only paid Php1000 for the room? Totally a deal. We actually had to commute that day, because nobody had a ride.
Okay, watch this video! Charles made this and I totally love his work!
Everything was perfect that day! I love my friends so much! They’re all amazing and they are all with me especially during this “shitty era” of my womanhood. They never fail to put a smile on my face.
I’m soo back! Thank you dear host for restoring my blogs! How are you guys?????? Time for you to share!
LENS REVIEW: DM23 PINK (-2.75, -2.75)
Sunday, March 4th, 2012 @ 8:41 am | 8 Comments| Comment?
1 month ago, kiwiberry1-collection conducted a 50% sale on all their products! It happened that my lens was about to expire that’s why I decided to grab the opportunity and purchase 1 pairs while they are on sale. I got Big DM23 Pink (-2.75, -2.75) and Big DM23 Grey (-2.75, -2.75). I’ve already used the pink one! And here are my thoughts!
PRICE:
It’s basically $20 per pair, but because the shop conducted a 50% off sale means that I only paid $10 each plus $10 shipping fee. Total cost is $30.
SHIPPING:
I ordered these lenses last February 2! Shipping costs $10 that’s why I expected it’ll take me 1 or more months before I get it. But after 25 days my lenses arrived on the post office. I had to pay additional Php40 there, which is usually the prototype.
PACKAGING:
The usual parcel with a bubble wrap as a protection. I was worried at first, but after seeing the lenses safe and sound i felt okay.
DESIGN:
I usually wear super black lenses because I don’t really like putting too much color into my eyes. I want to stick to the plain doll-eye look! But this time I took the risk of ordering pink lenses and I was surprised how the effect really made my eye gorgeous!
Don’t mind our faces. Concentrate on my eyes!! The girl on the right is me. Aren’t my eyes gorgeous? Hehe! It looks natural right?
COMFORT:
It dries up easily whenever I’m inside an air-conditioned room, but whenever I’m not I don’t feel anything on my eyes. And to be honest I already used this lenses while snorkeling. I don’t recommend you to do the same because it’s dangerous
Contact lenses are a must for me, especially I have prescriptions. I’m saying good bye to my old “granny look!”
(This is actually my very first lens review)
WORK AND VACATION!
Tuesday, February 28th, 2012 @ 4:39 am | 2 Comments| Comment?
The weekend’s work was one of the most amazing and the happiest. It was like a mini-vacation for us! It’s like, we were paid just to have fun. Friday night we traveled to Morong, Bataan and we were surprised on how the bride and groom really attended to our needs. Prepared dinner, a good resort room and everything we needed.
We had a short swim the night! And mind you. We skinny dipped! (another thing on my wishlist has been crossed out) It was amazing! We totally enjoyed the night!
The next morning we woke up with breakfast served! (Parang turista lang kami e no?) Other visitors were asking if we’re part of the entourage. They didn’t know at first that we were the 2nd set of photographers the couple hired. Then after breakfast we prepared for the wedding.
WHAT I WORE =)
My Partners; Jp and Carla
I didn’t really took a lot of picture during the wedding because the primary photographers made the job easier for us. But I made sure that the couple will like my shots (para sulit!).
WEDDING PHOTOS!!
Girl Crush! =) The Maid of Honor
Church looks super gorgeous! The outside (which I don’t have a picture) is made of of corals!
Some stolen shots I took! Look at the flower girl! They are all wearing veils!
Newly Weds!
It was a Church wedding, after the ceremony we went to the resort (where we stayed) for the reception. 600 plus guests arrived!! It was a sunny afternoon, the weather was really hot that’s why after the visitors went home Carla, JP and I decided to swim again. This time we had new acquaintances. The bride’s workmates! While swimming, we decided to snorkel. It was my first time, i was excited but I didn’t enjoy the view on the waters. No school of fishes just plain corals. Friends and I were joking, it was Saturday and fishes didn’t go to school.
Swimming Photos! This are Carla’s photos.
Bryan, Jalyn, Raymond, me, Jp and Carla
On the way to see the corals! Super tan naman ng mukha ko!
Eeekk! my first time to try this kind of shit! LOL!
Jp and I! (i miss this bitch!)
BEWARE! No h8. LOL!
We went back to the shore after sunset and hurriedly traveled for 2.5 hours because I have hospital duty today.
I really enjoyed every part of this awesome work/vacation!.
CLEAN ROOM AND NEW STUFFS!

Didn’t go to “work” today because of fever, coughs and colds plus my period which added the burden. As much as possible i don’t wanna commit absents because I’m making palakas just to be a staff! LOL!!!!! (They know it naman, i’m very vocal to them about doing everything just to be a Staff Respiratory Therapist). But as much as I wanted to, my body can’t =(
It’s still a happy day. Parcels from Hongkong finally arrived. I’m a huge fan of ebay.ph (particularly the Chinese stores who sell cheap and reliable stuffs) I must say it’s cheaper than buying from malls or in Hidalgo, Quiapo. You just have to wait for a month or less just to get it.
So here’s what I got. A 110cm reflector, petal lens hood, 3 stage collapsible hood and a macro extension tube. I’ve purchased hoods from the same store below but I gave them the wrong size.
When I say huge.. It’s really HUGE!
And also, few days ago.. I had the urge to clean our room. Added few stuffs on one side of the wall. Look!
Now my sick fez.
Taba taba ng mukha ko!
Off topic! Congratulations new Registered Nurses! <3 sarap feeling no?
HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY!

Spending it again.. Single! My date was my camera because today I covered (not really) a School Foundation Day event! It was fun we toured almost the whole Bataan from North to South. The motorcade started 6am and ended 10am. Imagine? I actually fell asleep on the car during the travel.
After the tiring school event, we decided to go home but unluckily, Carla’s itouch and her wallet was stolen. We can’t believe it at first because we thought people inside a Christian school are honest, and won’t do things like that.. but, it happened and we can’t do anything but pray.
We decided to go to Carla’s house to explain what happened. Had a lot of snacks and karaoke-d!
I believe that God has a better plan. She’s waiting for the board exam result, and i know He will give it to Carla. Just like what happened to me, I lost my phone (nokia c3) weeks before the board exam. The Lord is good! I’m now a Registered Nurse. He gave me more than the value of my phone!!
